This is published in the interests of transparency and accountability.
Next time you hear a politician on the news you can check their records in an instant.

This app draws upon the official Register of Members interests published in May 2009 by the House of Commons.

Informative and easy to navigate the application provides a fascinating insight into the lives of the people that serve us.

How much does an MP get for appearing on TV?

What overseas visits have they made and who paid for them?

What shares do they have and what boards do they sit on?

Which Members received gifts including helicopter rides, weekends away and premium tickets?
How much money did one MP get for speaking at a Barclays Bank dinner?

Who continued to receive free use of a company car months after ceasing to be Chairman of the club in question?

The basic salary for an MP is £63,291.

Here MP’s declare what they get from outside employment, sponsorship, property and shareholdings. MP’s also declare gifts and benefits they receive because of their position. The rules say that outside interests must not influence a Member’s actions, speeches or votes.
